NEW WEB SITE FEATURE
We have added a new page to our website called Collectors Corner. Whenever we can we will be featuring the art deco collection of any member who wishes to share it with our audience in a photo online exhibit. You may participate as an anonymous collector or take full credit. Either way, our viewing audience will be that much richer for having seen it. Currently we are showcasing the art deco frame collection of Steve Starr. Go there now. Please contact Joe Loundy at chicagoartdecosociety@yahoo.com for full details.

CHICAGO ART DECO SURVEY AND COMMUNICATION BLOG - SEEKING COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
For several years, the board and members of CADS considered the need for a publication that would be the first comprehensive survey of Art Deco in Chicago. The “Chicago Art Deco” publication will be that book. It is estimated that there are approximately 500 buildings, interiors and monuments that should be considered for the content of “Chicago Art Deco”. Thus, CADS invites the public in our mission to document all known Deco elements in Chicago. You can help by going to this blog and giving us your input.
